How account and recruitment information is handled on PJS Jobs.

Candidate profiles contain contact details, career history and resumes. Registered employers see a basic preview; full details become accessible after a company unlocks a candidate.

Search visibility can be disabled in your profile. Companies you have applied to, and companies that already unlocked you, retain access while your account is active. Disabling search visibility does not revoke those existing relationships.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. PJS Jobs stores order references, payment references and fulfilment history; it does not collect card numbers.

Search visibility and verification documents

When a candidate enables search visibility, their name, photo, skills, experience, city and basic career preferences appear in public search. Contact details, complete career history and resume require an authorised employer company unlock. Candidate address and birth date are private. KYC documents are accessible only to the submitting account and authorised administrators.

Offline receipts are reviewed by admins; credits are added only after approval. Account deletion disables access and removes search visibility. Financial, application and moderation records are retained for audit; the operator must publish the actual retention and removal policy.
