Employers must publish accurate job information and use candidate data for legitimate recruitment. Candidates must submit truthful profiles and applications.
A company receives five initial credits once. One credit unlocks one unique candidate for the whole company. Unlocks are shared across company jobs and authorised users. Posting access becomes multiple-job access after the first successful recharge, independently of remaining credits.
Promotions reserve a sponsored position for the selected category and city and duration. They do not guarantee hiring or an exact organic ranking in every search. Matching promoted profiles are labelled as sponsored.
Recharge and promotion prices are displayed before payment. Failed or pending payments do not grant credits or visibility. Contact support with your order ID if a captured payment needs reconciliation.
Platform owner: finalise refund, invoicing, dispute and commercial terms before accepting live payments.
